Urgent Appointment

The Practice operates a Triage System for all urgent, same day appointments requests. Reception will ask you for a brief indication of the problem and you will be added to a triage list and contacted by the triage nurse on duty that day. Depending on the nature of the request patients will be signposted to the most appropriate clinician. The Practice is able to offer patients personalised care which is provided by our experienced clinical team and includes GP’s, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Well-being Co-ordinator, Dementia Nurses, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistant and Phlebotomist.

Please ensure your contact details are up to date as you will be contacted via telephone in the first instance.
