Our Vision

To be a trusted and compassionate GP practice, delivering safe, high-quality and accessible healthcare that puts patients at the centre of everything we do. We aim to work in partnership with our patients, staff and healthcare colleagues to support healthier lives and continually improve the services we provide.


Our Mission

Our mission is to provide safe, effective and personalised primary care that meets the needs of our community. We are committed to treating every patient with dignity, kindness and respect, promoting health and wellbeing, and ensuring that every interaction is professional, compassionate and centred on what matters most to the individual.

Our Aims and Objectives

We aim to:

  • Provide safe, effective, high-quality primary healthcare that is responsive to the needs of our patients.
  • Promote good health and prevent illness through education, screening, vaccination and lifestyle support.
  • Involve patients in decisions about their care, respecting their preferences and supporting informed choice.
  • Deliver care that is personalised, compassionate and free from discrimination.
  • Work collaboratively with local health and social care organisations to provide coordinated care.
  • Encourage patient feedback through our Patient Participation Group, surveys and compliments or complaints, using feedback to improve our services.
  • Maintain a culture of learning, quality improvement and clinical excellence through regular audits, training and reflection.
  • Recruit, develop and support a skilled workforce with the knowledge, competence and confidence to deliver excellent care.
  • Promote the health, wellbeing and safety of our staff, recognising that supported staff provide better care for patients.
  • Provide a safe, welcoming and accessible environment for patients, visitors and staff.
  • Use practice resources responsibly to ensure the long-term sustainability of our services.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities

We are committed to treating every patient with dignity, courtesy and respect. In return, we ask that patients treat our staff and other patients with the same consideration.

We ask patients to:

  • Attend appointments or let us know as soon as possible if they need to cancel.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their health, medication and personal details.
  • Work with us to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Respect the practice, our staff and other patients.
  • Help us maintain a safe environment by following practice policies, including our Zero Tolerance Policy for abusive or threatening behaviour.
